It’s unbelievable that a team which was 3-13 a year ago ended this season 10-6 and earning a playoff spot after beating division rival Green Bay. In what was a thriller, rookie kicker Blair Walsh kicked an easy field goal for the win after Adrian Peterson rushed for over twenty yards to give his kicker an easy spot. Peterson, who was just nine yards short of the all-time NFL single-season rushing record, became the seventh running back in NFL history to run for over 2000 yards in a season. He had 199 yards on the day as well as two touchdowns. QB Christian Ponder, who has been terrible at times this season, showed his poise and played a smart game for the most part.  The Vikings, who have now won four straight, had to beat two of the best teams in the NFL in their last…
